The 15th Meeting of the NACAs Directors (4th in-person) took place in Namibia from November 7- 9, 2023. The NACAs Director Generals' position paper was officially launched by the Third First Lady of Namibia who also delivered the keynote address. 

 

This meeting objectives were as follows:
1. Assess progress and identify barriers and critical enablers for countries to achieve globally agreed pre-and post-2030 HIV prevention response targets.

2. Foster knowledge exchange to explore strategies for strengthening and sustaining and effective HIV prevention response at scale.

3. Leverage NACAs multi sector strengths at country level as a valuable tool of influence for strengthening joint accountability and optimization of country HIV investments.

4. Define Country Stewardship for HIV Prevention and develop consensus on actions for country-led National HIV Prevention Systems.
