This document describes a package of HIV care and prevention tailored for vulnerable women, particularly female sex workers, women who inject drugs and female partners of men who inject drugs. The elements described in the package include education, provider-initiated testing, management of sexually transmitted infections, reproductive health, harm reduction, mental health and management of coinfections.
