The purpose of the country update meeting, "Scaling up male circumcision programmes in the Eastern and Southern Africa Region," was to share lessons, explore opportunities, and overcome challenges to scale-up," was held 8-10 June 2010 in Arusha, Tanzania. This presentation was delivered at that meeting.
