This document provides the results of the baseline assessment conducted to inform the Global Fund’s intensive support to Côte d’Ivoire to establish comprehensive programmes aimed at reducing human-rights-related barriers to access to HIV and tuberculosis services. It also describes what these programmes would look like and suggests opportunities for next steps to establish the programmes.
