This strategic document serves as a safe male circumcision guide to stakeholders in the public and private sectors in Botswana and is intended to be implemented as a joint effort across those sectors to reduce HIV transmission. It discusses opportunities and challenges and establishes objectives to strengthen the provision of voluntary medical male circumcision services.
