This circular provides delivery adaptations for HIV services during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, specifically multi-month dispensing of antiretrovirals (ARVs), therapeutic committees, strengthening awareness of the need for ARV adherence even if infected with COVID-19, COVID-19 prevention measures, delaying viral load monitoring if possible and strengthening collaboration between care sites and communities.
