The cost and cost-effectiveness of a targeted demand creation intervention are analysed in the context of a randomised controlled trial evaluating voluntary medical male circumcision uptake among men ages 20–34 years in two settings with different HIV prevalence rates. The findings are presented in Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes.
