The 2020 Country Operational Plan for the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief programme in Côte d’Ivoire puts in place guidance to increase early HIV diagnosis, ensure access to same-day initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) and address co-morbidities including meningitis and tuberculosis. The plan also provides updates on counselling messages, early diagnosis and expectations around life on ART.
