Avenir Health and its partners created three tools (including the DMPPT 2 Online and the SCPT) to help programmes plan demand creation for voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) based on unmet need by country, district, and age group and improve efficiency by identifying where resources are positioned. This case study is one of 11 on enhancing uptake of VMMC that were selected for inclusion in an annex of the World Health Organization’s 2020 VMMC guidelines.
