Representatives from 12 countries in eastern and southern Africa attended a training workshop, conducted in Nairobi, Kenya, 19-21 April 2010, to learn how to use the Decision Makers’ Program Planning Tool to estimate the costs of scaling up male circumcision services and the associated impact. The workshop report includes summaries of presentations by participants from five of the countries on their experiences in conducting male circumcision costing excercises.
