To help men ages 25 to 29 overcome barriers such as distance to services, wait time, and lack of privacy, the Jhpiego-led AIDSFree project collaborated with Sauti, which offers community-based HIV testing services (HTS). AIDSFree embedded a VMMC team within the Sauti HTS mobile team to offer on-site, same-day VMMC. This case study is one of 11 on enhancing uptake of VMMC that were selected for inclusion in an annex of the World Health Organization’s 2020 VMMC guidelines.
