This report describes the findings from a policy scan and action planning activity conducted by the Health Policy Plus project in Ghana. After stakeholders identified a gap in the HIV continuum of care — HIV testing kit distribution to civil society organisations and private providers —the project conducted a policy scan that identified additional opportunities to support the role of CSOs and private providers in HIV testing. Stakeholders in Ghana then reviewed the analysis and developed an action plan to address this service gap.
