Researchers implemented a semi-structured questionnaire among both men and women to determine why voluntary medical male circumcision (VMCC) uptake remains low in Northern Uganda, despite the availability of free VMCC services. The results, which identify several factors associated with male circumcision status in this population, are reported in an article in BMC Public Health.
