This strategic plan is intended to guide Lesotho towards epidemic control and build an enabling environment to support the eventual elimination of HIV. Aligned with the 95-95-95 targets for HIV testing, treatment and viral suppression, the plan features a results-based accountability framework and a shift from an intervention focus to a people-centred response.
