Myanmar developed this manual to provide standard guidance to health care workers for successful implementation of service components including planning and administration, HIV prevention, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, tuberculosis and HIV, and antiretroviral therapy, including decentralisation, supply management, and monitoring and evaluation.
