The action plan aims to contribute to global efforts to prevent, detect and respond to potential pandemics by advocating for a common understanding among all stakeholders in dealing with public health emergencies, developing a comprehensive National Action Plan for Health Security and working closely with global and national organisations to address public health emergencies of international concern.
