These guidelines aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Nigeria’s HIV programme through use of novel testing strategies and the initiation of antiretroviral therapy for all people with HIV, including children and pregnant and breastfeeding women, regardless of stages of the disease. Health workers will find guidance to deliver comprehensive, high-quality HIV prevention, treatment and care.
