The Government of Papua New Guinea develops key interventions to strengthen primary health care and improve access to rural populations in this document. This volume of the national plan covers three main areas: key interventions to build a responsive health system; overview and goals for each health programme and the roles and functions at national, provincial, and district levels; and aligning each result area to strategies and interventions with performance indicators and medium- and long-term targets.
