In this presentation, the presenter described the partnership between Botswana’s national voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) programme and school leadership to conduct VMMC campaigns targeting boys in primary and secondary schools, as well as the advantages, successes, and challenges of partnering with schools to increase VMMC coverage. When and how to engage national- and district-level education and other stakeholders were also outlined. The presentation was part of a Project IQ webinar about the benefits of partnerships and collaboration in VMMC.
