This document describes the contingency plan for continuity of HIV care (antiretroviral therapy) and prevention (pre-exposure prophylaxis) during a COVID-19 Stage 2 state of emergency and Stage 3 generalised epidemic and national lockdown in Côte d’Ivoire, when health workers were diverted to COVID-19 testing and care and lockdown prevented the provision of and access to HIV services.
