This scorecard reports on key indicators of progress on removing policy and structural barriers to HIV prevention among key populations and adolescent girls and young women in 38 focus countries of the Global HIV Prevention Coalition (GPC) in 2023. The GPC and its members use the scorecards to measure and track progress in HIV prevention.
