This report describes some of the inspiring interventions that are beginning to make a difference among groups too-often neglected by HIV programmes: young people from key populations. It proposes pragmatic changes to programmes to address the needs of young people from key populations more effectively and equitably. It also provides recommendations for decision-makers, programme managers and service providers to promote the meaningful engagement of young people from key populations in countries’ HIV responses
