Rwanda's 2018-2024 HIV National Strategic Plan presents a series of objectives and strategies inspired by targeted national and global approaches to ending the AIDS epidemic by 2030. It recognises that consolidating the gains of the past few years will require focused attention on the needs of groups disproportionately affected by HIV, including sex workers and their clients and serodifferent couples.
