This document forms the communication strategy component and accompanying operational plan for the national HIV and AIDS strategic plan 2021–2025. The strategy covers audience, communication channels, coordination, materials production and capacity building, while the operational component is organised into the programmatic areas for each strategic objective from the national strategic plan.
