The HIV Multisector Leadership Forum, a Community of Practice of directors-general of National AIDS Coordinating Authorities, reflected on the stubborn issues holding back faster progress in HIV prevention. This policy brief summarizes the challenges and opportunities they identified and their recommendations for accelerating progress in HIV prevention.
