Introducing early infant male circumcision (EIMC) can sustain voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) programs, write the authors of this introduction to a special supplement of the journal Global Health: Science and Practice. They describe the articles in the supplement as providing country experiences with scale-up as well as options for sustaining efforts in VMMC and their cost benefits.
