These guidelines provide a framework for health service providers to deliver quality PrEP services at all levels of the health system. Sections include client screening for eligibility and offering appropriate linkage and referrals for PrEP services; initiation and monitoring of clients on PrEP; and recording and reporting of PrEP services. The intended audience is policymakers, funding agencies, implementers, advocates, service providers, beneficiaries and other stakeholders in PrEP service delivery.
