This document describes how UNAIDS supports Iran's 5th National HIV Strategic Plan by mobilising political, technical and financial resources to increase equitable access to HIV services, break down barriers to achieving HIV outcomes and sustain an efficient HIV response that is integrated into systems for health, social protection, crises and pandemics.
