This document provides guidance on programmatic mapping to improve programme access and coverage for key populations. It specifically seeks to facilitate decisions on conducting programmatic mapping and size estimations, facilitate the development of country proposals and implementation of programmatic mapping as well as engagement with relevant stakeholders.
