National HIV and STD Strategy

In its fifth phase (2021-2026), India's national strategy confronts the HIV crisis along with other sexually transmitted infections. This phase of the strategy places greater emphasis on the dual elimination of HIV and syphilis and the interruption of vertical transmission from mother to child.
