The 8th KP COP event was held on 29 November 2023 and focused on harm reduction interventions for people who inject and use drugs. The main objective was understanding the needs and roles of PWU/ID in scaling harm reduction interventions, orienting participants on the key elements of these programmes, and sharing how national governments have spearheaded scaled-up interventions in their countries.
