This technical document shows how the Linkages Across the Continuum of HIV Services for Key Populations Affected by HIV (LINKAGES) project has scaled up HIV programming for key populations. It provides examples for each of the programme areas in the Key Population Program Implementation Guide. A companion document, Success Story Acceleration, complements this publication and focuses on country-specific success stories related to acceleration in Malawi, Côte d’Ivoire and South Sudan.
