The Action Catalyst Tools (ACT) provide implementers, funders, and other stakeholders with resources and guidance on systematically developing interventions to increase uptake of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC). This infographic illustrates how the VMMC Behavioral Framework and the four tools — which are informed by proven principles of human-centred design and behavioral sciences — can be used sequentially to identify and address key barriers to VMMC uptake.
