This document reports the results of a cross-sectional bio-behavioural survey on accidental exposure to bodily fluids and risk of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B and C among maternity clinic staff in Bangui, Bimbo and Begoua, Central African Republic, and recommends the implementation of prevention measures given the high incidence of accidental exposure.
