This guideline seeks to promote an integrated approach to community-based health service delivery and to standardise a minimum package of community-based health interventions through technical and programmatic guidance. The guideline will benefit policymakers, managers, ministry staff and community health workers who are responsible for managing and implementing community-based health services.
