Voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) remains an integral component of the arsenal in HIV prevention, offering a cost-effective and scientifically proven intervention that holds immense potential to curb the acquisition of HIV. This document is a call to action to unite, mobilise, and advocate for continued prioritised funding, sustained commitment, and strategic integration of VMMC into national and global prevention strategies. It identified the following priorities for action: leadership and governance, funding and sustainability, health service delivery, global and regional advocacy, partnership and collaboration, innovation and commodities, communication and demand creation, and strategic information and accountability.

A two-page summary of the call to action is also available.
