This document provides the technical directives from the General Directorate of Health and Public Hygiene for HIV prevention and care among people living with HIV with regard to antiretroviral therapy, including antiretrovirals (ARVs), differentiated delivery of ARVs, toxicity monitoring, viral load monitoring, and ordering and distributing ARVS; ARV prophylaxis for prevention of mother-to-child transmission, accidental exposure to blood and bodily fluids and pre-exposure prophylaxis; and client-initiated, provider-initiated and self-testing for HIV.
