Developed in collaboration with the Global Condom Working Group, UNFPA and UNAIDS, this condom planning package provides countries with a step-by-step process for producing a national strategic operational plan to achieve a sustainable increase in condom use. The process will allow those responsible for condom programmes to define strategic priorities for government officials, implementers, stakeholders and donors.
