This report outlines findings of a study conducted to cost a comprehensive HIV prevention intervention using a combination prevention approach focused on pregnant and breastfeeding women, key populations, adolescent girls and young women, and adolescent boys and young men, as well as to define the resources needed for HIV prevention over five years.
