Developed as part of the Decision-Makers’ Program Planning Tool (DMPPT), this workbook can be used to calculate the cost of providing voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services at non-governmental health centers. The DMPPT was created by the USAID Health Policy Initiative in collaboration with UNAIDS to enable decision-makers to understand the potential cost and impact of various options for scaling up voluntary medical male circumcision services.
