This strategy aims to ensure that national commitments align with global HIV targets. It provides a common vision to guide the efforts of the government, community-based organisations and international organisations to work together towards ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. The strategy focuses on increasing the effectiveness of combination HIV prevention, reaching key affected populations and providing easy access to quality health services free of stigma and discrimination.
