This document describes standard operating procedures (SOPs) that will be used to support antiretroviral (ART) service provision for key populations (KPs) in Eswatini. The SOPs address specific procedures for offering and providing community-based ART initiation services for eligible clients seen in KP-friendly outreach mobile clinics.
