This policy brief makes a case for social contracting highlighting the need for continued investment in communities for HIV prevention services as critical to enhance uptake of prevention methods. It provides an in-depth understanding of government operations and thus, offers a viable pathway for social contracting to countries with limited resources. Thus, an opportunity for strengthening stewardship through implementing social contracting for HIV prevention services.
