Providing voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services with a focus on young men is part of the Start Free, Stay Free, AIDS Free Framework, a collaborative agenda to accelerate the end of the AIDS epidemic among children, adolescents, and young women. Paul Nary of the UNICEF Eastern and Southern African Regional Office presented the framework and discussed opportunities for linkages with VMMC programmes at the Meeting on Implementing the 2017-2021 Framework for VMMC for the Eastern and Southern Africa Region in Durban, South Africa, on 27 February 2017.
