This national response document is Colombia’s 2022–2025 road map to address sexually transmitted infections, HIV, tuberculosis-HIV co-infection and hepatitis B and C. The document presents situational analyses for these infections in the country and describes the related global public health goals and evidence-based lessons. For each of five areas—health promotion and prevention, comprehensive health care, capacity strengthening and sustainability of the response, community participation, and knowledge management and monitoring and evaluation—objectives, outcomes, goals, indicators, and specific activities are outlined.
