Working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, the Government of Botswana in collaboration with The Global Fund and UNAIDS developed this guidance for the implementation and enforcement of laws, regulations and policies that protect human rights and promote access to HIV- and TB-related health services. It utilises a rights-based and community-led approach that emphasizes mutual respect for all, including the most vulnerable.
