The goal of this strategic plan is to effectively expand the scope of human rights interventions and adequately integrate them into the national response to HIV and tuberculosis (TB) to ensure that all Ghanaians have access to HIV/TB prevention, treatment, care and support services. This strategic plan takes into consideration the complexities of the human rights environment related to people living with HIV, people affected by TB, and other key and vulnerable populations, as well as the diversity of stakeholders, The plan has strategic objectives for six thematic areas, including coordinating human rights interventions, eliminating stigma and discrimination, and promoting access to HIV and TB-related legal services.
