This strategy sets the tone and direction for communication activities, products and materials to rapidly increase the uptake of HIV self-testing and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services, especially for populations at higher risk of exposure. Topics include identifying barriers to uptake of services, using social and behaviour change to address barriers, and helping stakeholders, implementers and partners with input and agreement on communication plans and activities for projects.
