This framework aims to relay the current state of knowledge on the HIV epidemic, provide renewed guidance on the national response and support efforts to mobilise adequate resources and undertake actions towards ending AIDS in Nigeria by 2030. It lays out proven measures to address comorbidities and avert new infections and highlights the need for greater investment in the health system, especially at the community level.
