Angola’s “Test and Treat” strategy aims to ensure timely access to HIV treatment for all diagnosed clients, preferably initiating treatment within 15 days. This operational guide is designed to assist health units and health professionals to adapt health services and update standard operating procedures to optimise the implementation of the Test and Treat strategy.
